Membership Card Policy

These Helvetskin Program Terms and Conditions apply between you and the Helvetskin Site.

Together with these general terms and conditions of the Helvetskin program (together, these "Terms"), they constitute the agreement between you and the Helvetskin site concerning your registration in the Helvetskin Member Card program.

1. Service

Helvetskin members can benefit from numerous advantages and services.

By registering as a Helvetskin member, you expressly consent to us commencing to provide the Service to you during the given period.

2. Benefits of the membership card

Helvetskin members enjoy many benefits:  

  • Until -50% about our products
  • Priority on the shipment of the products
  • Free samples with each order 
  • Preview on new collections
  • Private sales
3. Registration fees, models and duration

The membership card is displayed at the price of 39.90 CHF and is valid for 1 year after the purchase of the latter.

This membership card is strictly personal and can only be used by the person who owns the account. It remains the property of the issuer and may be withdrawn for any irregular use.

3.1 Payment

The membership card is available at Helvetskin.ch as well as at the Clinique Rive Gauche de Genève (Rue Pierre-Fatio 15, 1204 Geneva) at the price of CHF 39.90

3.2 Termination and refunds

The membership card is neither exchangeable nor refundable.

3.3 Acceptance of your registration

We reserve the right to accept or refuse your registration.

3.4 No Transfer or Assignment of Your Membership or Benefits

It is not possible to transfer to third parties your Helvetskin membership card or any advantages deriving from your registration, including promotional codes or gift codes to subscribe to the Helvetskin program or to benefit from its advantages, except as expressly authorized by these Conditions. or applicable program policies.

3.5 Prohibition of resale, rental or delivery to customers

You may not use the Helvetskin Membership Card for the purpose of purchasing products for resale or rental, or for shipping products to your customers or prospects.

4. Modification of the Conditions

We may at any time make changes to these Terms, or any of its elements: for legal or regulatory reasons; For safety reasons ; to improve existing elements or to add additional elements; to integrate technological advances; to make appropriate technical adjustments to the Helvetskin Service; and to ensure the regular functioning of the Helvetskin Service.

If any modification is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the other terms and modifications.

5. Force majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by force majeure.

6. Applicable law

The shop is subject to the general conditions of sale of the Swiss Confederation

Do you deliver outside of Switzerland?

At the moment we only deliver to Switzerland.
You can also collect your package at Dr Djoon Clinique in Geneva.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes, you can come and collect your packages at Dr Djoon Clinique in Geneva.
Your order will usually be ready for collection within the day.

How soon will I be delivered?

Orders are processed the same day and are sent the same day if you place the order before 1 p.m. Packages generally reach you within 24 working hours.

What delivery service do you use?

Since September 12, 2023, we have been using the DPD service exclusively.

Can I return a product?

We do everything we can to help you choose the products best suited to your skin, but if you make a mistake, we would be happy to help you. We only accept products that have not been opened and still packaged in their original packaging. Simply email us directly and we will assist you with the returns process.
